| Answer: It in the opinion of SIC, if the PIO has without any reasonable cause and persistently failed to furnish information or has knowingly given incorrect incomplete or misleading information or destroyed or obstructed in any manner in furnishing information, the SIC shall recommend disciplinary action against the PIO under the service rules applicable to him/her. | ||
